The Silver
Stream School Council:
- · Actively fundraises for items such as additional technology, musical instruments, math manipulatives etc.
- · Organizes events such as movie nights, end of year carnival, speakers
- · Provides a voice for the parent community to the school
The council
is comprised of up to 16 members. If you
are interested in becoming a voting member of council, please ensure we receive
a “School Council Candidate Nomination
Form” included in your first day package.
Elections will be held during this meeting for the 2015/2016 school
year.
All parents
are welcome to attend council meetings and do not have to be elected members of
council. Parents are always needed to
volunteer in various ways.
